Butler Travel Group was founded in 2018 by Mr. Thierry Ly Butler, a passionate traveler, and entrepreneur. With nearly 25 years of experience in the travel industry, he is a keynote speaker and UHNWI (Ultra-high-net-worth individuals) luxury travel expert in Vietnam and around the globe. When He saw the need for a tour company offering Upscale tailor-made qualifying services that would specialize in high-end travelers, he didn’t hesitate for long. That’s how the idea of creating a travel company with an emphasis on ultra-luxurious experiences, private guides, and bespoke holidays came to life. As a lover of Arts, Writing, History, and Culture, He created personalized tours with an immersive approach to traveling.
Besides, my team come from a variety of backgrounds spanning corporate law, hotels, airlines and tour operators. Together we have travelled to more than 120 countries giving us a depth of knowledge that few can match.

Born in a small town in the outskirts of Hanoi, my childhood was filled with fun and games played on the rice paddy fields or the nearby dike. I always had a lot of questions about how big this world really was and how life was different outside of my village; Thus, after graduate from high school, I made the life-changing decision to take the entrance exam to become a student of the Faculty of Tourism. This was the beginning of what has grown into my passion to introduce Vietnam, with its exceptional scenery, resourceful people and amazing food, to the rest of the world.
